Jackets on Deck, Inc. (EIN: 39-3733957) is a Georgia nonprofit in accordance of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and we are awaiting an IRS Letter of Determination.

Once approved, our Nonprofit status will backdate to August 5, 2025. While there is no reason to assume that we won’t be approved, we suggest consulting your tax professional before considering this a tax-deductible donation on your 2025 return.
